With the DGL200E double mitre saw, we offer you a reliable quality product from our range of precision double mitre saws, enabling you to impress your customers with flawless, high-quality components. Cutting lengths can be loaded into the control system of this double-head mitre saw via network or USB connection, or entered manually via the keypad. Special software solutions enable automatic positioning for cross-cutting, excess lengths or undersize; this allows processing of lengths outside the standard cutting range of the machine. An optimisation program with remnant processing helps to minimise waste, enabling more cost-effective work and reducing the demand for valuable materials such as aluminium, plastic or wood sustainably. A thermal label printer with dispenser function, ergonomically positioned directly beneath the control terminal, allows efficient labelling of finished parts. Good and controlled offcut removal from the base machine can optionally be supplemented by a conveyor belt system.
