Position 3 Additions to the Flooding Unit
1 drip tray and area in the vaporizing zone behind the flooding unit
After flooding, the carriers move into a drip buffer.
The dripping coating material is returned into the flooding unit via the PP (anti-stick) made collection area and tray.
Rinse water is collected and pumped out from the flooding unit. The PP construction of coating-contact parts allows
for easy cleaning of dried paint.
