The Randek Assembly and Work Table BS10U is an efficient tool for the production of prefabricated walls, floors, and gable ends in timber or steel frame construction.
The high quality of the components produced on it is ensured by the pneumatic pressing device, which guarantees the squareness of the component.

Function Description
The following work processes can be efficiently carried out with the assembly and work table:
• Laying out the frame construction
• Clamping the frame construction by means of a pneumatic clamping device with stops on the longitudinal sides, forming a high-quality, right-angled unit
• Laying out and stapling plastic or paper foils
• Sheathing the component
• Tilting the component for removal

Technical Description
• Length selectable: 7500 mm / 9000 mm / 12000 mm
• Width adjustable between 2250 – 3100 mm, simply and manually
• Clamping function pneumatic, optionally hydraulic
• Hydraulic tilting up to 80°
• Stop height 160 mm
• The table is fully covered with plywood as far as technically possible, so frame constructions can be laid out directly on the worktable.
• The table consists of a robust steel construction
• Working height is an optimal 620 mm
• C-profiles running longitudinally allow stops to be inserted for post positioning
• The table is delivered ready for assembly and is very easy to set up
