ProFruit Machinery POWERPRESS 1500

The mash on the belt is pressed against cylinders, and the extracted juice flows into collection trays located beneath the press. The pressing process of the Band Press 1500 is continuous.

Capacity: 1,500 kg/h

- The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS line is the integrated pump and collection tank in the Band Press 1500. This not only saves you the cost of a separate tank and pump, but also valuable floor space.
- Apple juice yield with our band press is approximately 75%.
- The collection tray is equipped with a sieve system, ensuring that the juice is filtered as part of the pressing process. This results in an even purer product.
- The band press operates automatically. When the mash hopper is full, the machines upstream of the band press are automatically shut down. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice to the tanks.
- The band press features a high-pressure cleaner that continuously washes the machine's belt. Our belt washing system is simple, contains no motors or reduction gears, which increases lifespan and reduces maintenance costs.
- After operation, the band press should be washed manually using a water jet. A complete cleaning procedure takes about 15–20 minutes. Cleaning is straightforward and all parts of the band press can be easily removed without tools.
