The wash and lift milling system is made entirely of stainless steel. The operator pours fruits and vegetables along with clean water into the washing tank. A conveyor belt lifts the produce up to the mill. During the lifting process, water nozzles spray fruits and vegetables with clean water. The machine mills the produce into mash. Finally, the fruit and vegetable mash exits the mill.

- The machine’s milling head is round, ensuring that all the processed mash is discharged directly for further processing. This design greatly facilitates head cleaning, as there are no corners. Our round-shape technology is superior to other manufacturers, as significant quantities of mash may remain for hours in the corners of square-shaped milling heads, potentially causing juice fermentation.
- The machine is equipped with an additional table in front of the tank for placing fruit crates, making it easier to load products into the tank.
- The V-shaped washing tank guides fruits and vegetables directly onto the conveyor belt, minimizing product left behind in the tank.
- The integrated water spray system provides additional washing as produce is lifted onto the conveyor belt.
- The belt conveyor features a water drainage and speed regulation system.
- The conveyor belt speed is adjustable via the control panel.
- Optional interchangeable graters/screens are available for different fruits and berries.
- The mill does not damage fruit seeds.
- The machine is easy to clean after use.
- The robust 2.2 kW milling motor is capable of processing a wide variety of fruits, berries, and vegetables – from soft raspberries to hard apples, beets, etc.
