The diesel pasteurization unit features an integrated boiler. Inside the burner, there is a tubular stainless steel heating coil. The liquid enters the tubular coil, which is surrounded by hot water. The heat from the water instantly raises the temperature of the liquid, effectively eliminating bacteria.

Capacity: 900–1100 l/h.

Maximum pasteurization temperature: 90 °C.
The juice is pumped through the inner tube of the coil, which is constructed according to the tube-in-tube principle, while hot water circulates through the external tube.
The tubular coil is made of stainless steel.
The heating coil is integrated within the tank, which saves space and prevents heat loss that typically occurs with an external heat exchanger. This results in 15–20% energy savings for heating.

Easy water temperature control via digital thermostat.
Juice temperature (filling temperature) can also be easily regulated with a digital thermostat.
Mounted on castors.
The diesel pasteurizer has swiveling wheels for maneuverability.
Suitable for viscous food products and virtually maintenance-free, as there are no seals required.
Can be heated with either diesel or natural gas.
