Aprašymas

The heavy-duty TCG double-bed lathe is a universal machine tool designed for rough and finish turning, drilling, threading, taper turning, and boring of heavy and very heavy workpieces in a single setup. The TCG lathe is suitable for machining workpieces with diameters up to 1600 mm. Its robust design and rigid construction allow for high-volume chip removal and ensure an excellent surface finish with minimal ovality of the machined part.

The machine is currently located at our facility, ZAK in Poręba, Zakładowa 2 (Poland). The lathe is presently dismantled as it is undergoing a complete overhaul.

We can offer the machine as a TCG 160 x 5 metres turning length, or we can upgrade it to a TCG 200. The turning length can be customized according to requirements.
