For years, powder coating has been evolving as an alternative to wet painting and has recently gained even greater importance due to its lower environmental impact, with no solvents or paint sludge produced. Especially the possibility of powder recovery enables an exceptionally high level of efficiency.

For the user, powder coating offers the advantage of creating an extremely durable and corrosion-resistant surface, which is significantly more impact-resistant than what paint can provide. Additionally, post-processing such as sanding or drilling coated parts is easily possible without the coating chipping off.

Coupled with a conveyor system, light grids precisely detect and, as a result, perfectly dose the powder quantity to ensure optimal efficiency. Of course, the system can also be equipped with lifting stations and robots to handle even the most complex components.

Equipped with the highest insulation class, our unwavering efficiency continues in this area as well.
Precise temperature control also allows use as an adhesion water dryer, enabling pre-treated materials to be dried after pre-cleaning.
Additionally, temperatures up to 250°C are possible, allowing for use as a tempering oven, for example, for hot-dip galvanized materials.
The typical use as a powder curing oven is, of course, easily accomplished. Optimal air distribution and a visualized control panel prevent burning and even allow for simultaneous curing of different color tones.
