This is a modern CNC machine tool dedicated to the industrial sector, used for cutting sheet metal and profiles with a plasma torch. It features a robust frame made from top-quality steel and aluminum, a large cutting range, the ability to cut elements of any shape, and low operating costs. High-end solutions used in its construction ensure reliable and safe operation. Material cutting is performed quickly while maintaining high detail accuracy. To achieve the desired shape, it is only necessary to import a file into the software, making this plasma cutter easy and intuitive to operate.

Our plasma cutters are primarily designed for processing the following materials:
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel

CONSTRUCTION
The plasma cutter frame is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used in the machine's production is cut, then welded and precision-machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced with additional ribbing to ensure high rigidity and eliminate vibration and deformation.

DRIVES
Our plasma cutters are driven by high-resolution, high-torque AC Servo motors, which provide excellent acceleration and speed in all directions. These are highly dynamic and precise motors with feedback control, ensuring zero deviation through constant monitoring of operating parameters. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks, delivering durability and precision.

TORCH
We use components from the leading manufacturer PGCNC in our plasma systems. The torch technology significantly increases productivity and cutting speed. HD technology ensures improved hole quality, greater piercing efficiency, and bevel cutting capability. This guarantees high-quality, repeatable cuts and maximizes productivity at minimum operating and maintenance costs.

BLADE TABLE
The blade table is engineered for high-temperature operation. This allows for continuous work without the risk of burns that could prevent even material placement on the worktable. Knife placement can be easily adjusted depending on the dimensions of the parts being cut. The blade table is an excellent solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE
The machine is equipped with 2D Starfire CAD/CAM software. Various features are available to the user, including importing prepared designs in vector formats such as .dxf, .plt, .ai, and .eps. The software enables fast and precise path generation for cutting.

POWER SOURCE
The machine comes standard with a 120A power source, characterized by high efficiency, excellent cut quality, and rapid cutting speeds.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The plasma cutter is also fitted with an automatic lubrication system, minimizing maintenance requirements. The central lubrication system is a simple, functional device used to deliver oil to contact points within the machine.
