FIBER CUT laser cutting machines offer a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. CONSTRUCTION
Our laser frame is designed and manufactured from the ground up in our own factory. The high-quality steel used in production is cut, welded, and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing, which provides high rigidity and eliminates vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are powered by Schneider AC servo motors with high resolution and power (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, z 400W) to ensure optimal acceleration and speeds in each axis. Power transmission is achieved using high-quality planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes utilize classic, proven helical racks, guaranteeing durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
The WSX liquid-cooled cutting head is designed for sheet metal processing. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the laser beam onto the material, ensuring superior cutting accuracy. For consistent results, the HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to irregularities in the material. A protective window located between the nozzle and lens shields the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine uses a Raycus Laser light source with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and excellent beam quality. This provides faster and more effective operation while reducing the likelihood of operator errors. The source is also resistant to back-reflection, ensuring no return beam to the laser. Stable power output guarantees efficient operation with minimal energy use.

COOLING
Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specially designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature several alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarm.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable, located at the rear of the machine, almost completely eliminates laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds, allowing the operator to remove cut parts and load a new sheet while the laser works on the second table. This system ensures very high production continuity.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

To maintain optimal machine condition, the racks and guides must be lubricated with oil every few days. The automatic lubrication system activates at preset intervals and delivers the correct amount, with all parameters set in the software.
