The ATC plotter series has been designed for professional use in large industrial plants and factories, serving the production of complex large-format components. Thanks to its special construction, the machine is adapted for manufacturing, among other things, foundry models and yachts, significantly reducing processing time. To meet the requirements of heavy-duty machining, ATC machines feature additionally reinforced frames and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis. The presence of five axes supports the processing of even the most demanding components.

Plotters in this series are standardly equipped with automatic tool changers, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly accelerate processing when multiple milling cutters are required.

CONSTRUCTION:

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machine is 3000 x 6000 [mm].

Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
Parameters can be tailored to individual customer requirements.

DRIVES:
Our machines are driven by SERVO motors, ensuring proper acceleration and speed in every direction. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z axis is powered by a high-quality ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
A high-class, powerful brushless spindle drives the cutting tool. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. A frequency inverter with greater power than the spindle is used for power supply, protecting against speed drops under heavy load.

TOOL MAGAZINE:
Standard equipment includes a linear tool magazine with six HSK holders. Additional tool magazine positions are available as an option.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with dedicated CAD/CAM software, enabling fast and easy design of parts, which the program then converts into G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Operation is managed via a controller equipped with its own processor and operational memory, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
