CNC Milling Router 2030 ATC
4 axes, tilting spindle +/- 90 degrees

The ATC router series is designed for professional applications in large industrial facilities and factories. These machines are intended for machining a wide range of materials. To meet the demands of heavy-duty processing, the ATC machines are equipped with an additionally reinforced frame and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis.
A vacuum table is standard equipment on these machines. It is also possible to install a hybrid table.
Routers in this series are equipped as standard with automatic tool change, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly speed up machining processes that require the use of multiple cutters.

CONSTRUCTION:
The machine frame is made of steel and cast iron, providing high rigidity and resistance to overloads associated with machining processes.
WORKING AREA:
The usable area of our CNC is 2100 x 3000 mm.
MATERIAL FIXING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table. Optionally, a hybrid or T-slot table can be installed.
Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
Standard Z-axis travel is 300 mm (option to increase available).

DRIVES:
Our CNC machines use SERVO motors, ensuring adequate acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical racks, delivering both long lifespan and precision, while the Z axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a high-performance, water-cooled, durable brushless spindle. The spindle utilizes high-quality machine bearings for exceptionally quiet operation and above-average durability. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. Power is supplied by an inverter with a higher power rating than the spindle, preventing speed drops during heavy-load operation.
TOOL MAGAZINE:
Standard equipment includes a linear tool magazine with 6 ISO30 tool holders.
SOFTWARE:
The machine comes with the latest version of CAD/CAM software. The software allows fast and easy design of components, which are then converted into G-code. It is also possible to import ready-made files from other software.
CONTROL:
Control is via a controller with its own processor and operational memory, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The controller offers active vector analysis for smooth machine movement and minimal processing errors. The controller features a resume function after power loss, eliminating the need to restart the program. Internal memory allows the machine to operate without reloading the program each time.
