The CNC 2030 ATC milling plotter is a precision machine manufactured in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon fiber, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

Machines of the ATC series feature a reinforced construction and AC servo drives on every axis, and with their competitive pricing, they clearly outpace the competition.

CONSTRUCTION:
All elements of the plotter are made entirely from high-quality steel, and undergo a special heat treatment during production.

Z-AXIS TRAVEL AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:

DRIVES:
Our CNC machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power AC servo drives, ensuring high acceleration and rapid movements in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical rack and pinion drives for durability and precision, while the Z axis uses a high-grade ball screw drive. All axes travel on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a high-performance, liquid-cooled, durable brushless spindle of the highest quality. The spindle features premium-grade machine bearings, which are very quiet and provide above-average durability. Spindle speeds range from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with up-to-date CAD/CAM software in the latest version.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Machine operation is managed by a controller with its own processor and memory, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller includes active vector analysis, allowing smooth operation and minimal machining error. It also features a resume function after power loss, so there’s no need to reinitialize the program. Built-in memory allows for standalone operation without reloading the program each time.

Like the SPECIAL series plotters, it is suitable for processing a wide range of materials. To meet the demands of heavy-duty machining, ATC machines feature a reinforced construction and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis. The presence of five axes supports the machining process of even the most demanding components. A vacuum worktable comes as standard in these units. A hybrid table can also be installed as an option. Plotters in this series are equipped as standard with automatic tool changer, six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly speed up the machining process when multiple milling cutters are required. TOOL MAGAZINE: The standard equipment includes a linear tool magazine with 6 ISO30 cones. SOFTWARE: The machine is supplied with dedicated CAD/CAM software that allows for quick and easy design of components, automatically converting projects into G-code. Importing ready files from other programs is also possible. CONTROL SYSTEM: The machine is operated via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
