The CNC 1525 ATC milling plotter is a precise machine manufactured in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based panels (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

Machines from the ATC series feature a reinforced frame and use AC servo drives on each axis. Combined with an attractive price, this leaves the competition far behind.

CONSTRUCTION:
All components of the plotter are made entirely from high-quality steel and undergo specialized heat treatment during production.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our CNC machine is 1500 x 2500 [mm].

MATERIAL CLAMPING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table!

Z AXIS RANGE & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 300 mm.

DRIVES:
Our machines are driven by high-resolution, high-power AC servo motors, ensuring superior acceleration and speeds in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize classic, proven helical racks for high durability and precision, while the Z axis is powered by a high-quality ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, liquid-cooled, high-grade brushless spindle. The spindle is equipped with premium machine bearings for very quiet operation and above-average durability. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. Power is supplied by a frequency inverter with a higher output than the spindle, preventing speed drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest CAD/CAM software for efficient and intuitive design. The software enables fast, easy part design and conversion to G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL:
Machine operation is managed via a controller equipped with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller features real-time vector analysis for smooth operation and minimal machining error. In the event of a power loss, the controller has a resume function, allowing the machine to continue from the same spot without reinitializing the program. Built-in memory enables the machine to run programs without reloading every time.
