Our skyLaser Mark systems are deployed exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. With the 1064nm fiber laser, even the most intricate structures can be produced on nearly any material. In contrast to conventional milling processes, the laser operates contact-free, without mechanical force, and without tool wear. Key benefits include geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This process can be applied regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The adaptable and mobile worktable increases the system’s flexibility, allowing for seamless integration into your production line or operation as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers extremely precise and durable markings (laser engravings) and is specifically designed for metal and certain organic material marking applications.
A wide variety of fonts can be used, and the application of barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images is effortless. Thanks to its excellent resolution, virtually any marking requirement can be fulfilled: production of embossing stamps, engravings, labeling, and complex fine structures. The included software is extremely user-friendly. Even highly complex and demanding marking tasks can be easily created on the supplied industrial PC. Exact positioning is achieved quickly, thanks to the optional monitoring camera for process tracking and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
As the system contains very few wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, requires almost no maintenance, it is especially suited for industrial and continuous operation.
