Construction
Thanks to its welded construction on robust legs, the machine offers exceptional stability. High movement speeds and precise positioning are ensured by Japanese Fuji-brand servo drives, running on heavy-duty linear guides and racks with helical gears. The ABLS system provides automatic lubrication of the axis guides.

The fiber laser cutting system features an operator panel comprising a screen, mouse, and keyboard for intuitive operation. The built-in computer runs Windows 10 and CypCut control software, offering the following features:

Wireless Controller
The laser head is operated via a wireless controller.

Safety
The fiber laser cutting system is equipped with all necessary safety devices and accessories for operator protection. An additional safety feature includes emergency lighting with an acoustic signal, which is activated in potentially hazardous situations to alert the operator to danger.

Otinus Academy
This is an ever-expanding e-learning platform developed for Otinus customers. Purchase of this device includes one-year access to online courses, allowing easy training of new operators or refreshing existing knowledge!

Scope of Delivery
Two-day operator training and machine installation
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours): Commissioning and training on system operation
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours): Independent operation under supervision of our technician, including programming of specific parts
