The machine was serviced annually under a maintenance contract with Okuma.

In 2023, the drag chain and all hoses of the W axis were replaced.
In October 2024, linear guides X/Y/Z were replaced.
Work performed by Okuma:
- Machine cleaned
- Covers and panels disassembled
- 8th axis removed
- Traveling column disassembled and lifted out of the machine. ATC disassembled and removed from the machine
- All linear guides removed
- Mounting surfaces of the ZA axis cleaned

- New ZA axis linear guide incl. carriages installed and tightened to the specified torque
- New ZA axis ball screw incl. bearings installed
- Base plate of the traveling column mounted and tightened to the specified torque or fastened to the carriages; lubrication lines connected
- ATC incl. mounted parts installed and connected
- New YA and XA axis linear guides installed and tightened to specified torques. New YA axis ball screw incl. bearings installed
- Traveling column fitted and lubrication lines connected. XA axis base plate placed and aligned
- 8th axis fitted and aligned
- H1 turret installed
- Drive motor of the 8th axis mounted
- 8th axis and new H1 installed and geometry set
- Function test 8th axis and H1
- Run-in program for B axis approx. 12h, afterwards replace oil in the 8th axis
- Run-in program for H1 and defect report for OEG prepared
- Left door mounted, various panels adjusted
- Chuck installed
- Zero points adjusted
- Tool change checked
