The machine has been serviced annually under a maintenance contract with Okuma.

In 2023, the drag chain of the W axis, including all hoses, was replaced.
In October 2024, the linear guides on the X/Y/Z axes were renewed.
Work performed by Okuma:
- Machine cleaned
- Sheet metal and covers disassembled
- 8th axis removed
- Gantry dismantled and lifted out of the machine. ATC dismantled and lifted out of the machine
- All linear guides removed
- Mounting surfaces of the ZA axis cleaned
- New ZA-axis linear guide, including shoes, installed and tightened to specified torques
- New ZA-axis ball screw including bearings installed and fitted
- Gantry base plate installed and fastened to specified torques or screwed to the shoes. Lubrication lines connected
- ATC, including attachments, installed and connected
- New YA and XA linear guides installed and tightened to specified torques. New YA-axis ball screw, including bearings, installed
- Gantry installed and lubrication lines connected. XA base plate set and aligned
- 8th axis installed and aligned
- H1 turret installed
- 8th axis drive motor mounted
- 8th axis and new H1 installed and geometry set
- Functional test of 8th axis and H1
- Run-in program for B axis approx. 12h, then old oil in 8th axis replaced
- Run-in program for H1 and defect report for OEG prepared
- Left door installed, various covers adjusted
