NS Maquinas DM 1100 ZC

DM100 ZC – Performs edge rounding and removes sharp burrs on both inner and outer edges of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum parts after laser-cutting, shearing, or punching of metal parts from a minimum size of 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm.

The first station processes the products with a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) and abrasive belt, removing heavy burrs in the initial step.

The second station is equipped with two counter-rotating cross-belts with abrasive blocks, rounding the edges of the entire product, both inside and outside, in a second step.

A key advantage is deburring products with surface protection film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
