Būklė: naudotas, Gamybos metai: 2001, Filling and sealing machine for filling yoghurt and curd into plastic buckets of various sizes. Plastic buckets are taken from the bucket stack in the bucket magazine and placed onto the conveyor belt. Before filling, the buckets, and before sealing, the lids are sterilised using a heating cartridge with hydrogen peroxide and steam. The product is filled into the buckets using a calibratable load cell until a predefined weight is reached. The sealer takes lids from the lid magazine, applies them to the buckets, and presses them down securely. Machine (specification): gravimetric filling Output approx.: 450 units/h based on 6.1-litre buckets; dependent on container size and product viscosity Power: 11 kW Voltage: 400 V Frequency: 50 Hz Heating/cooling: steam 3 bar; 10 kg/h Compressed air: 6-8 bar; Qmax = 300 l/min Length: 3,708 mm Crsdpfxjyvtrlo Apaji Width: 968 mm Height: 2,442 mm Formats: 1.3-litre bucket (H = 132 mm, Dmax = 132 mm); 6.1-litre bucket (H = 195 mm, Dmax = 226 mm); also suitable for 10-litre buckets Conveying direction: left -> right Base construction: longitudinal runner Equipment: filling head; sealing head; bucket magazine; lid magazine; heating cartridge; load cell; protective housing with doors; control cabinet with operating buttons and 12-inch touch display; product inlet/CIP feed DN50; steam connection 1"; compressed air connection 3/8"; CIP return DN40
