Nabertherm KTR 3100

We are offering this as-new Nabertherm KTR 3100 chamber dryer, year of manufacture 2019.

The chamber dryers of the KTR series are suitable for a wide range of drying processes and heat treatments of batches at application temperatures up to 260 °C. Thanks to powerful air circulation, optimal temperature uniformity is achieved within the usable chamber volume.

- Electrically heated (via heating register with integrated stainless steel heating elements)
- Temperature uniformity according to DIN 17052-1 up to +/- 3 °C (for versions without track marks)
- High-quality mineral wool insulation, resulting in external surface temperatures of < 25 °C above ambient temperature
- Exclusive use of insulation materials without classification according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP). This means that no aluminum silicate wool, also known as RCF fiber, is used, which is classified and potentially carcinogenic.
- High air exchange rate for fast drying processes
- Double-wing door
- Temperature limiter with adjustable shutdown temperature as over-temperature protection for the oven and goods
- Proper use as outlined in the operating manual
