This means that the devices have been calibrated and perform 100% accurate measurements. They are heated regularly for at least 12 hours once a month. It is possible to carry out a transformer oil test on-site—naturally only after pre-checking the sample to enable comparison of results, as shown in the photos.
The MYRKOS chromatograph performs dissolved gas analysis (DGA) in electrical insulating oils. It allows early detection of developing faults in power transformers and other oil-filled apparatus (such as reactors and instrument transformers). It also enables analysis of a gas sample collected from a Buchholz relay!
The MYRKOS chromatograph is highly precise, compact, and offers comprehensive coverage for all significant fault gas concentrations required for oil testing. The gas standard (calibration gas cylinder) ensures measurement consistency with concentration references. Prior to each measurement, the device undergoes calibration and a functionality check. A special shake syringe (included in the set) ensures the correct volume ratio. This is an excellent solution for oil testing laboratories at power plants and research institutes serving the energy sector. The PPMReport software, including a Polish language version, is supplied. Built-in diagnostic tools include the Duval Triangle and Rogers Ratios.
