Gravimetric dosing and mixing unit, designed for direct mounting on the inlet flange of a plastics processing machine. The device allows for dosing and mixing of up to four granular components.

Actual, measured and weighed quantities are constantly compared with the set values by a modern, microprocessor-based control system, which guarantees very high recipe accuracy (+/- 0.1%) thanks to continuous automatic optimisation.

The complete unit includes:
- 2 feed hoppers for virgin material or regranulate/virgin material
- 2 feed hoppers for masterbatch or additives
- 2 pneumatically operated conical dosing heads
