Designed for picture frame and furniture mouldings with rebate, the Morsö H cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°.
Ideal for workshop use, the machine is also suitable for cutting tenons, notches, lap joints, and similar joinery.
The Morsö H utilizes knives in a draw-cut motion (not rotary), ensuring precision without creating dust.
Offcuts are discharged away from the machine via a chute.
Operation is via foot pedal and only requires a compressor.
Morsö H guarantees a perfectly smooth and precise cut, allowing moulding sections to be joined directly without further finishing.
Horizontal movement of the knife head is adjustable in increments. Vertical movement is infinitely adjustable with a clamping mechanism.
The Morsö H works on the same simple principle as the manual MORSØ-F, but is pneumatically powered.
Supplied with two-hand operation for safety.
The pneumatic cylinder replaces the foot pedal and draws the knives smoothly through the moulding in one step.
Morsö H standard version includes: safety shield, two-hand operation, waste chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, measuring scale up to 1500 mm, adjustable stops (45°-90°), and adjustable rebate supports.
