Mitre and Bar Punch MODEL FC

For picture frame and furniture mouldings with rebate. The Morsø FC cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°. In workshop use, it is also highly suitable for cutting tenons, notches, bridle joints, etc. The Morsø FC operates with draw knives (non-rotating). It works without producing dust. Offcuts are removed from the machine via a chute.

The Morsø FC is foot-operated and requires neither a compressor nor electricity, which means it can be used almost anywhere. The Morsø FC ensures a mirror-smooth and precise cut, so profiles can be joined together without further processing. The horizontal movement of the knife block can be adjusted in steps. The vertical movement can be continuously adjusted by means of a stepless clamping system. The favourable lever transmission of the foot pedal allows for very easy operation. Double springs return the knives to the starting position. The adjustable longitudinal stop with measuring scale guarantees precise setting for internal, external and rebate measurements.

Morsø F Standard, equipped with: protective guard, waste chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, 1500 mm measuring scale, adjustable stops (45° - 90°), and adjustable rebate supports. Thanks to a special lever mechanism, only minimal pressure is required. The knives are made of the finest, high-quality hardened steel.
