Mitre and Mullion Punch MODEL FC

For picture frame mouldings and furniture mouldings with rebate. Morsø FC cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°.
In artisan use, the machine is also ideal for cutting tenons, notches, covered mitres, etc.
The Morsø FC operates with knives in a drawing cut (not rotary).
It works without producing dust.
Offcuts are discharged away from the machine via a chute.
Morsø FC is operated by a foot pedal and does not require a compressor or electricity, meaning it can be used virtually anywhere.
Morsø FC guarantees a mirror-smooth and precise cut, so the mouldings can be assembled without further processing.
The horizontal movement of the knife head can be set incrementally.
The vertical movement can be infinitely clamped.
The favourable lever transmission of the foot pedal allows for very easy operation.
Double springs return the knives to their starting position.
The movable longitudinal stop with measuring scale ensures precise adjustment for inside, outside, and rebate sizes.
Morsø F Standard, equipped with: safety shield, waste chute, moveable longitudinal stop, 1500 mm measuring scale, adjustable stops (45°-90°), and adjustable rebate supports.
Thanks to a special lever mechanism, only minimal pressure is required.
The knives are manufactured from the finest, hardened steel of the highest quality.
