Mitre Guillotine MODEL F

For picture frame mouldings and furniture mouldings with rebate. The Morsö F cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°. In workshop use, the machine is also ideal for cutting tenons, notches, half-lap mitres, etc. The Morsö F works with knives that cut in a pulling motion (not rotating). It operates without generating dust. Cutting waste is discharged away from the machine via a chute. Operation of the Morsö F is via foot pedal, requiring neither a compressor nor electricity, meaning the Morsö F can be used almost anywhere. The Morsö F guarantees a mirror-smooth and precise cut, so the moulding pieces can be joined directly without further processing. The horizontal movement of the knife head can be adjusted incrementally. The vertical movement can be set using a stepless clamp. The advantageous lever transmission of the foot pedal ensures very easy operation. Double return springs bring the knives back to the starting position. The adjustable longitudinal stop with scale guarantees precise settings for inside, outside, and rebate dimensions. Morsö F Standard, equipped with: safety guard, waste chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, 1500 mm scale, adjustable stops (45° – 90°), and adjustable rebate supports.
