Characteristics of the Crosscut Saw
- Single 500 mm blade on a robotic arm, adjustable in height, length, and depth, as well as tiltable.
- All operations are controlled via a touchscreen Human-Machine Interface (HMI) providing sorting and cut optimization.
- Entire unit fully enclosed to minimize dust and noise levels.

Operating Modes:
- Automatic mode: Based on a project file, the machine automatically optimizes cuts and indicates the order in which timber must be fed. The operator loads the timber onto the infeed table according to the specified order, the machine performs the cuts, and the operator collects the cut pieces at the outfeed.
- Manual mode: The operator retains full manual control of all machine movements and can independently adjust each axis; this mode is used for maintenance purposes.

Electrical supply:
- Three-phase 400 V / 8.5 kW (11 hp) / 300 mA differential protection

Pneumatic supply:
- 6 to 8 bar dry air pressure, flow rate of 10 m³/hour with instantaneous peaks, minimum D12 rilsan tube connection required

Dust Extraction:
- 1 port, 160 mm diameter, rear right
- 1 port, 140 mm diameter, rear left
- 1 branch, 80 mm diameter, equipped with an 8-meter hose is recommended for cleaning

Timber Dimensions:
- Max thickness: 80 mm
- Max height: 260 mm to 300 mm (depending on equipment)
- Min cutting length: 100 mm
