The first station processes the workpieces from below using two counter-rotating cross belts, while the second station works from above, also with two counter-rotating cross belts. The cross belts allow deburring of both inner and outer edges of the workpieces. Sharp edges produced during laser cutting, punching, or shearing of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts are removed. Simultaneous processing of both sides of laser-cut or punched metal parts saves time and reduces production costs. Another advantage of the DM1100 2C is its capability to process small parts from 50 mm. By folding up a table, the rotating direction of the upper conveyor automatically reverses, and the gap of the first processing station is bridged, enabling the workpieces to feed directly into the second processing station. Thus, small products measuring from 50 mm up to 150 mm can be processed on one side only.
