MHG Rotary Indexing Table System / Sandblasting Machine "SMG 260"
with 6 nozzles and Siemens CNC control. The system consists of three units: the rotary table system with Siemens CNC control, the "Abrasive Recovery System RGWS 510" (cyclone extraction / separation of residues and blasting media for reuse), and a large "Dust Extraction System DUST-EX 3003 4.0 kW" (filtration cabinet with exhaust air).

Year of manufacture: 2003. The machine was occasionally in use until about a year ago at my neighbor's facility. I acquired it with the intention to glass bead blast approx. 100 stainless steel parts per day for a customer. However, I did not receive the order, so the machine has been in storage since then.

Collection must be organized by the buyer. Loading and transport are also the buyer’s responsibility, as only limited on-site assistance can be provided. My forklift truck is defective, so you will need to bring at least two pallet trucks and, for example, a 7.5t flatbed truck or box truck with tail lift. The heaviest part—the machine itself—weighs approx. 900 kg (approx. 1500x1600x2500 mm). The two other components are lighter, each around 250 kg (each approx. 3000x1500x1500 mm, each on a long pallet).
