Attention – Do not purchase used metallography equipment! Anyone experienced in metallography knows: “used” unfortunately means “worn out” in this field. Abrasive particles can (unless the unit is thoroughly cleaned daily) cause total failure within a few years.

The METACUT 302 is the most affordable quality wet abrasive cut-off machine available on the market for abrasive sectioning. Operation is fully manual via a hand lever located on the right side. Manual cutting is often the most efficient method, and the cutting process is usually finished before an automatic cut-off machine has even been programmed. To enable the processing of extremely long workpieces, a lateral pass-through opening has been integrated on the left side of the machine.
