The EDM32 wire EDM machine is a precision system for spark erosion machining of electrically conductive materials. It is ideally suited for the production of tools, molds, and components where high demands are placed on accuracy and surface finish quality.

This machine enables efficient cutting of complex contours in both single-part and series production. Thanks to its rigid construction and optimally tuned operating parameters, the EDM32 ensures high productivity and process reliability.

The machine offers taper cutting up to ±6°, which broadens its scope of application. The use of wire with diameters ranging from 0.12 to 0.25 mm allows for precise machining of demanding workpieces.

The EDM32 achieves a surface finish of 1.6–2.5 Ra, thereby reducing the need for post-processing. High cutting performance and consistent wire feed speed ensure optimal efficiency.

A robust build and a maximum table load of 400 kg allow for the machining of heavy workpieces without loss of accuracy.
