Three-way tipper body with Fassi F195A.2.24 crane mounted directly behind the cab (crane with premium features: radio remote control, hydraulic support legs controlled by remote, work lights, etc.)

Subframe: Robust steel welded construction with two longitudinal beams and cross members, designed to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra floor plate. Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall with 2 round lashing rings inside, at half height at the outer edges; fixed corner stanchions with bottom fastenings. Rear and side walls (single-piece, full-length) are made of aluminium hollow profiles; side boards fold-down and swinging with side panel-lifting aid. Tailgate also fold-down and swinging, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate is 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra, neatly welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal/cross members. Press traverse and tipper arms are integrated and reinforced in the longitudinal beams. Lashing rings (4 per side) are positioned on the outer edge of the tipper floor along the length. Steel construction is executed in St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted; body components are single-colour painted or powder coated in RAL 9016.

Subframe: Subframe for mounting the front and rear tipper arms, with press traverse and cross members. Closed box profile in the crane mounting area with lateral crane mounting plates. Existing plastic mudguards are retained or modified as needed.

Hydraulics: Installation of the pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper/crane/trailer operation and the complete hydraulic system, including all piping work related to the three-way tipper, trailer tipping hydraulics, and the loading crane. Supply and installation of the axial piston pump as a constant-displacement pump.

Special equipment:
