The simple, yet efficient and safe solution for high-speed cutting of solid bars up to 65 mm in diameter.

MAXIMUM PRECISION
- The hydraulic lifting system of the bar loader ensures that the bar does not touch the surfaces of the cutting vice during material feed, thus protecting both the vice and the bar surfaces.
- After each cut, the bar loader is automatically retracted, preventing the bar from coming into contact with the saw blade as the head moves upward. This preserves both the material surface and the carbide teeth of the saw blade.
- Carbide blade guide strips ensure compliance with tight cutting tolerances.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE
- The saw head feed, driven by a servo motor on linear guides with preloaded recirculating ball bearings, combined with the electromagnetic clutch, reduces mechanical vibrations during cutting and extends the saw blade’s service life.
- The feed system with 500 mm stroke is repeatable and suitable for all lengths. It can also be folded down to facilitate the feeding of bent bars.
- The two-position pivoting workpiece discharge system automatically separates cut-off ends and scrap from finished workpieces, thereby optimizing the production process.
