Careclave® ensures the cleaning and disinfection of up to 8 transmission instruments, prophylaxis handpieces, or ultrasonic tips in just 16 minutes.

2. Care
Careclave gently and efficiently maintains handpieces in the Carebox. With the world’s first integrated ADDcare maintenance station, essential chuck care is performed directly in the Careclave.

3. Sterilization (Class B)
Careclave offers all the features expected from a modern autoclave with patented DRYtelligence® and double-jacket technology – and more: Sterilize up to 11 kg of load on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstore® boxes in record time. The revolutionary chamber concept also enables the simultaneous care and reprocessing of instruments in the Carebox and the sterilization of additional instruments on flat trays in a single cycle.

4. Documentation and Approval
With ProControl, you can provide fast, secure, and paperless proof of flawless instrument reprocessing. Documentation and approval are managed directly via Careclave's display – without additional software. For complete traceability, processing protocols are stored on the MELAG USB stick or in your practice network.
