2-column guided band saw, semi-automatic version, with infinitely variable mitre adjustment on both sides: 30° - 45° - 90° - 135°.

Featuring a patented mitre system (ERP No. 0491120).
Especially suitable for universal use with various cross-sections, materials, and frequent changes in mitre cuts. The pivot point remains unchanged at every angle setting, ensuring precise length measurement at 90° and within the mitre range.

MEBA High-Performance Package:
Infinitely variable hydraulic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed at the rear of the saw blade. This provides optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e. constant pressure for solid materials and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.

Patented double mitre system (ERP No. 0491120)
Unique double mitre band saw, where mitres on both sides can be set simply and economically by swivelling the saw frame and the material support.
Automatic positioning of the clamping vices and digital mitre adjustment. The material clamp automatically moves in the cutting direction according to the desired mitre, ensuring the material is always clamped square and close to the saw blade.
The mitre pivot point is the intersection of the saw blade and the fixed jaw, so there is no change in length measurement with changing angles.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. Rapid material clamping. The material is always clamped parallel at 90° regardless of the saw frame angle.
