Maximum precision and large cutting heights with simultaneously high feed rates – this is only possible with an uncompromisingly rigid gantry structure. This uncompromising quality is achieved by using a proven tubular frame construction. The thick-walled steel tubes are expertly welded by our experienced staff in countless hours of meticulous work to form a complex frame structure. This creates the solid foundation for the high-precision guides along which the saw carriage, weighing several hundred kilograms, will later travel.

At 3200 x 3200 millimeters, this is the perfect machine size for your workshop. With this machine, workpieces up to 3200 millimeters long and wide can be processed. This means the saw carriage can execute cuts up to 3200 millimeters in length. The material pusher can also be set to a length of up to 3200 millimeters to the cutting line.

Automatically adjusting cutting height up to 118 millimeters. The powerful motor drives the saw blade to a cutting height of up to 118 millimeters through the material. For optimal cut geometry, the saw blade should project approximately 10 millimeters above the workpiece. This optimizes energy consumption, noise emissions, and the blade’s service life. This is a key advantage for users of our machines, which is why every machine comes standard with automatic cutting height adjustment. The machine senses the height of the material and automatically sets the blade to the correct cutting height.

Even when cutting multiple panels in a stack, the saw blade drive must not falter. For this reason, our saw is equipped with a high-torque 18 kW (24.5 HP) main saw unit.

Infinitely variable motorized cutting height control including grooving function. The saw unit can be raised or lowered automatically to a preset height via a positioning drive. This expands production versatility and ensures precise grooves. The adjustment is made directly via the operator terminal.
