The saw carriage guided with main and scoring saw units travels on a hardened and ground round-bar guide system. The extremely smooth operation of the saw carriage at cutting speeds from 5 to 100 meters per minute is ensured by a highly precise rack and pinion drive system. High-end cut edges are achieved by the automatic cutting height adjustment for optimal saw blade entry angle and the superior running smoothness of the saw carriage. The dual measurement system guarantees the highest possible repeat accuracy. The pressure beam opens relative to the material height, minimizing material handling times. The "Greenline Package" with controlled extraction sliders and direct motor control can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%.
