The unwashed fruit is fed in via the inlet, then after pre-washing, it is further cleaned by a fresh water shower on the conveyor belt. Easy to clean, equipped with durable food-grade polypropylene/acetal modular belts with steplessly adjustable belt speed in both directions, with two swivel castors and two fixed castors, or with anti-vibration feet.
Requires minimal maintenance.

-Stop ‘n’ Go System – Sensitive sensor allows the fruit washing system and any type of belt press to operate synchronously without blockage
-Adaptive electric valve – The fresh water shower is activated only when the conveyor is running
-Air injection – with nozzles and a blower at the base of the tank for intensive washing
-Air knife – removes water from the fruit surface, resulting in reduced water content in the final product
-Circulation pump with filter – ensures proper flow in the wash tank
