The HYDRO WASH 1200 2-in-1 automatic basket washer is a multifunctional device that enables fully automatic washing of parts in a motor-driven rotary basket, or, for components with more complex shapes, high-pressure washing at 140 bar. Thanks to this combination of processes, the unit is ideal for use in any workshop. It will significantly streamline operations in companies specializing in the regeneration of turbochargers, steering gears, as well as gearboxes. To ensure user safety and consistent washing parameters, an electronic control panel and a range of integrated sensors are employed.

Operating Principle:

Before first use, fill the tank with the cleaning solution. The recommended fluid is a mixture of MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water in the prescribed ratio. The Hydro Wash washer allows both manual and automatic washing.

a) To start automatic washing, prepare the device (fill with water and concentrate), close the metal glove guard, close the washer lid by pressing and holding the two buttons (front and rear of the device simultaneously), and press the start button.

*Basket rotation is possible with the lid open, either by pressing the right foot pedal button or by simultaneously pressing two buttons (front and rear of the machine). This is possible only if the metal glove guard is closed.

b) To initiate manual washing, close the washer lid by pressing and holding two buttons (front and rear simultaneously). Open the metal glove guard and press the left foot pedal button.
