Marwis Felgen Cleaner

Felgen Cleaner is a tank designed for removing paint coatings. It is ideally suited for wheel rim refurbishment, especially for rims with complex designs.

Wheel etching, i.e., cleaning residues using a chemical bath, is a process that removes all layers of paint from the rim surface.

The device holds approximately 800 liters of liquid and is equipped with a temperature and bath time control system. Additionally, an oil jacket ensures even temperature distribution within the tank. This solution allows the use of chemicals from virtually any manufacturer, even at temperatures up to eighty degrees Celsius. It features a winch: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load, enabling rims to be placed inside without the need for external equipment, making it an autonomous workshop solution.
