This set of devices allows for maximum optimization of the regeneration process. An efficiently organized operator can work on three filters simultaneously.

The device enables the removal of soot and ash from DPF/FAP filters without negatively impacting filter structure, restoring up to 99% of the rated flow capacity. Our technologists ensure that the cleaning procedures and detergents used are safe for both the environment and machine operators.
The operator uses an endoscopic camera to inspect the filter for mechanical damage. If melting, cracks in the ceramic core, or other visible mechanical defects affecting the DPF filter are detected, regeneration will not be possible.
The regeneration process takes place in an enclosed chamber equipped with filters preventing harmful contaminants from escaping into the machine’s room. Water with cleaning solution circulates in a closed loop and is filtered throughout the process, significantly extending the bath’s lifespan. The DPF DUO Premium cleans filters using water, chemical agents, and air. The precisely programmed, computer-controlled sequence of injecting water with chemicals and air—combined with pulses generated by compressed air—ensures highly effective regeneration.
After cleaning, an additional device dries the filter with air at 90°C, ensuring complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying, the machine performs a final backpressure measurement. This measurement can also be performed prior to cleaning to compare values before and after regeneration. The device is equipped with a printer for printing test reports.
The washing time for passenger car or van filters is 20–40 minutes, enabling regeneration of up to a dozen filters within 8 hours. High efficiency combined with low operating costs ensures a fast return on investment.
