We are offering this used "Marican" L250E3 two-vessel brewhouse with fermentation tanks, year of manufacture 2018. The brew size is 250 liters per batch. The system consists of a mash tun with integrated false bottom and a wort kettle with integrated whirlpool. Additionally, there is a hot water tank for sparge water. A plate heat exchanger has been installed for cooling. Included are 3 open, non-cooled fermentation vessels as well as all hoses and a pump for cold wort transfer. The brewery is connected via a 32 amp three-phase power plug. A fixed water connection is not required. If interested, a "Sommer" brand malt mill (Maltman 55 model), a barrel washer, and a manual counterpressure filler as well as a capper are also available. Stainless steel kegs in various sizes can be purchased as well.
The system was regularly operated until 2025.
