The MARELEC PORTIO 1 DAP dual-lane portion cutter, featuring double belt, cutting speeds up to 25 cuts per second, and five cutting angles, delivers top performance for portioning poultry products and smaller fish fillets up to 210 mm wide. The machine is designed for fresh products such as poultry fillets, red meat portions, poultry products, whole fish, fish fillets, and prepared products. Intelligent portion cutting – preset product calibration programming allows rapid adjustment of portion size in seconds, and the control panel enables real-time adjustment for increased productivity. The machine is engineered to meet the most rigorous hygiene standards. The CIP system and the possibility of fully opening the machine ensure quick cleaning cycles for both belts and knife guides. The removable modular belt is also easy to clean. The system can be configured with various product holding systems and knife types for optimal adaptation to the product type. The product is placed on the infeed belt; a 3D laser scanner then calculates the volume. The preset weight and shape are selected in the menu. The computer then calculates the precise cut locations. The catch-weight functionality can optimize accuracy when product characteristics change. The machine can be fully opened for easy cleaning, and belts can be removed for separate cleaning.
