MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Mixing Drum:
- Horizontal, cylindrical mixing drum
- End walls bolted to the drum

Mixing Tool:
- Mixing tools as ploughshares or inclined paddles, bolted via paddle arms into pockets

Bearing:
- Shaft mounted in flange bearing housings with roller bearings outside the mixer

Sealing:
- Shaft sealing with easily replaceable stuffing box packings, packing flushed with air

Feeding:
- 2 nozzles with flange, as per dimension sheet

Ventilation:
- Via 1 nozzle with flange, as per dimension sheet
with filter bag incl. bracket and welded-in protective grid

Discharge:
- By dead-space-free closing flap, pneumatically actuated
- 1 discharge nozzle with flange, as per dimension sheet

Liquid Addition:
- None

Inspection and Cleaning:
- Via 1 door at the front of the drum (1700 x 550 mm)
- Door closed with quick-release fastener
- Occupational and accident safety via safety locking magnet and limit switch (not wired)

- Mixing drum made of stainless steel 1.4306
- Mixer shaft made of stainless steel 1.4306
- Mixing tools made of stainless steel 1.4306
