1 universal milling unit SK40
with integrated A-swivel axis 190° (+/- 95°), in X-axis direction for lock/hinge processing on both sides along the door longitudinal edges directly with the unit.
Milling spindle water-cooled, rated power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, speed steplessly adjustable from 1,000 – 17,100 rpm, tool holder SK40 for automatic tool change.

1 chain tool magazine with 24 slots, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, for sorted arrangement up to max. Ø 160 mm, positioned at the unit home position. Maximum tool length 200 mm from spindle mount.
Milling spindle and 2 magazine slots prepared for the use of angle / tracing heads with torque support.

Machine table with width adjustment via program, including width measurement for processing with edge bander to ensure consistent milling depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically liftable and lowerable.
1 longitudinal stop with pneumatic insertion stroke, mounted onto the unit and movable with it, for positioning according to door length and thickness.
4 pneumatic stops, laterally swiveling, for doors with veneer / facing board overhang up to max. 15 mm, plus selectable height adjustment for changing stop heights for finished doors (single / double rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each with 5 vacuum cups, 130 / 200 x 70 mm, with feeler valve and blow-off device. Per line, 3 vacuum cups can be lowered according to the door height to be machined.

1 vacuum pump approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250-liter buffer tank, for fast vacuum build-up.

Safety features: bumpers on both sides of the moving gantry, lateral safety fence.

Various tools and tool holders can be acquired by separate arrangement.
