1 piece universal milling unit SK40
With integrated A-swivel axis 190° (+/- 95°), in the X-axis direction for lock and hinge machining on both sides along the longitudinal edge of the door directly with the unit.
Milling spindle water-cooled, rated power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, stepless speed control from 1,000 – 17,100 rpm, tool holder SK40 for automatic tool change.

1 piece chain tool magazine with 24 slots, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, for sorted storage up to max. Ø 160 mm, located at the unit’s output position. Maximum tool length 200 mm from spindle mounting.
Milling spindle and 2 x magazine slots configured for the use of angle or measuring heads with torque support.

Machine table with programmable width adjustment, as well as width measurement for edge processing to maintain consistent milling depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically raisable and lowerable.
1 x longitudinal stop with pneumatic lift, mounted traveling on the unit, for positioning to door length and thickness.
4 pieces pneumatic stops, laterally swiveling, for doors with veneer/cover overhang up to max. 15 mm, as well as selectable height adjustment for changing stop heights for finished doors (single / double rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each with 5 vacuum cups, 130/200 x 70 mm, with touch valve and blow-off device. Per line, 3 vacuum cups are lowerable according to the workpiece door height.

1 vacuum pump approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250 liter buffer tank, for rapid vacuum build-up.

Automatic central lubrication, free-standing switch cabinet with climate unit.
Work safety: bumpers on both sides of the gantry, lateral safety fence.

Various tools and tool holders can be included by arrangement.
The machine can be inspected in Hermaringen.
