The MAJA FP 100 portioning machine is a high-performance, technologically advanced industrial device designed for precise portioning of fresh, calibrated, and lightly frozen meat (both bone-in and boneless). The machine finds key application in medium and large meat processing plants, butcher shops, slaughterhouses, and facilities producing ready-to-eat meals and industrial catering, where perfect accuracy and minimization of raw material losses are crucial.

The operating mechanism of the device is based on an automatic positioning and cutting optimization system, which works closely with the integrated vacuum system generated by the reliable Busch RA 0025 F pump. The vacuum pressure allows for stable and precise immobilization of the product in the chamber before each knife stroke, which guarantees that each cut slice has an identical weight and perfect texture. Thanks to its high capacity (up to 130 cuts per minute), the machine significantly accelerates the process of preparing steaks, cutlets, or process portions in a continuous line.

Key features and benefits:
- Exceptional weight accuracy and performance: The ability to achieve 40 to 130 repeatable, precise cuts per minute radically increases the productivity of the portioning line.

- Reliable Busch vacuum: Equipped with a high-performance Busch vacuum pump with a pressure of 0.1 mbar, guaranteeing excellent product retention inside the working chamber during the cutting process.
