MULTI-HEAD TUBE CUTTING MACHINE TRA3000/7/8, manufactured by MAIR. Scope of supply includes:

1. Loading Table with:

- Motorized sling loader for loading a complete tube bundle
- Side chain conveyor for feeding tubes one by one
- Upper arm with vertical adjustment (to prevent loading two tubes at once when working with small diameters)
- Longitudinal stop and tube loader

2. TRA3000 Tube Cutting Machine:

- 7 independent cutting heads
- All heads can be raised individually
- Linear guide with rule for positioning the cutting heads
- Centralized tube transport system with production cycle adjustment

3. Double Collection Cradle RA3, featuring:

- Independent cradles for collecting cut tubes
- Lateral spacers in the cradles to adapt to the tube length
- Endless motorized slings for gentle tube collection

Note: With the double cradle system, it is possible to perform packaging and strapping operations in cradle 1 while production continues in cradle 2, with no need to stop the machine.

4. Main electrical cabinet and control panel.
