The machine operates in a semi-automatic cycle. During a single cycle, the machine performs: cutting at a set angle (within the 45 - 90 degree range) and drilling on the mitered face or edge of the component.

Processing Units
The machine is equipped with two processing units: the fixed left unit and the movable right unit. Each processing unit comprises the following modules: main saw, scoring saw, drilling unit for holes in the mitered face, and a drilling unit for holes in the underside of the component.
Underside Drilling Module
This module is optional and used for processing corner battens for adjustable-width doorframes. It performs a blind bore for cup joints. The image shows a mounted red cover, which acts as a reference base for the processed angular strips and as a chip extraction cover.
Workpiece Clamping
The machine is also equipped with a clamping system operating in two planes. The clamping zone consists of horizontal and vertical clamps. The horizontal clamps press the workpiece against the vertical references and align it, while the vertical clamps immobilize the workpiece during processing. Horizontal clamping always precedes vertical clamping.
Control System
The machine control is intuitive, user-friendly, and functional. It allows independent activation or deactivation of all processing units, with separate controls for the left and right sides. Each module has its own independent drive. The right processing unit is positioned via control panel buttons. An electric motor-driven screw with gearbox provides actuation. An electronic US control system with operator panel and digital display is used for measuring and setting the workpiece length. This system also automatically adjusts the readout when switching cutting angles between 45° and 90°, and provides automatic referencing.
