The cleaning process operates in a closed-loop system using hot water or hot water with detergents. Cleaning is performed by introducing a washing head through the top manhole of the tanker, then washing the tank interior under specified pressure. The dirty water is drained via the lower fill points of the tanker using diaphragm pumps into a container tank. There, after separating impurities, the water is recirculated for further cleaning. Cleaning one tanker takes approximately 1 hour. The next step is drying the inside of the tank and removing solid waste from the interior using extraction fans. After the cleaning process is completed, the installation is purged and dried with compressors. 1.
