PRODUCT FEATURES
The Maggi MS704 is a multi-spindle drilling machine designed for fast bespoke furniture production.
The MS 704 is a compact machine capable of handling the entire process—from drilling cabinet bodies to hardware preparation for drop-down fronts and system drawers of any brand.
All drilling applications can be comprehensively executed: confirmat, dowel, connectors, guide holes, shelf supports, hinge cup holes, mounting holes for slides and actuators.
The 740 mm working table width, without removing the side fences, enables easy drilling of extra-deep components.
The machine features a patented 1500 mm fence frame, which operates independently of the 32 mm system. This allows work on materials up to 3,000 mm in length.
A new approach to furniture element drilling allows rapid processing without machine reconfiguration. The fence frame is a fixed element of the equipment.
Unlike conventional drilling machines, the main operational axis is perpendicular to the spindle head—not parallel—providing advanced functionality.
The MS 704 is additionally equipped with adjustable pressure beam height, allowing processing of materials up to 200 mm thick.
The clamps are powered by independent circuits and have valves for safe operation, enabling deactivation of one clamp when working with smaller parts.
The MS 704 is supplied as standard with a drill bit holder and a complete set of spacers for accurate positioning along the axis parallel to the spindle head.
