- Whether straight tenons, angled tenons, corner or ridge joints – the compact ZAF 250 Vario provides absolute reliability.
- The precise length scale can be set using a stop.
- The specially developed milling tool for the ZAF 250 can be quickly adjusted for various tenon lengths as well as for housing (mortise) milling.
- The ZAF 250 Vario features precise adjustment options and a clearly arranged control panel. An integrated laser assists with the exact positioning of the timber. Result: Millimetre-accurate milling in any type of wood!
- Once the tenon geometry is set, the milling head automatically machines the tenon profile and produces the required tenon – including shouldering, offsetting, and chamfering.
- For hardwood applications, the ZAF 250 Vario offers an adjustable feed rate.

- Suitable materials include solid timber and glued laminated timber (glulam)
